Return Policy

Returns

It is our goal that you love your Mumberry clothing, but if not, you may return it on the following conditions: 

• All items are free from sweat or stains, unwashed, and have the original tags still attached.
• Items are shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

If these conditions are met, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser within 3 business days of receipt.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging, if possible, and include the original packing slip. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of Mumberry error.

Exchanges

Replacements and exchanges are encouraged! Simply complete the form below and we will email you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the unwanted item, we will ship you the requested replacement item.
