Shipping

All Mumberry orders will be shipped within 2 business days and are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

Most orders shipped via Standard Ground will in arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped via Expedited Shipping will normally arrive within 1-3 business days depending on the shipping option that was selected during checkout.

Orders are trackable by logging in to your account. Customers will be notified that the tracking number has been posted via an Order Status Update email as well. 

International orders will be charged a flat shipping rate of $30.

Unfortunately shipping out of the United States via USPS First Class can be very slow. Packages can take upwards of 3 weeks to arrive and do not include any sort of detailed tracking information - the tracking will end when the package leaves the states. If you would like your package faster, or would prefer full tracking, we can offer you guaranteed international shipping via FedEx or UPS. Please message us at sales@mumberry.com to arrange this and receive your total shipping cost.

 

In addition, you may also be responsible for any duty charges / VAT taxes imposed by your country on incoming packages from the US (especially in the UK). We do not code customs as gifts and we will not do so, so there may be applicable duty charges imposed by your country and beyond our control. By completing your purchase you agree to be responsible for these charges. If you are unsure of your potential duty charges, please check with your local post BEFORE ordering.
